Unconscious Man Caught With Pants Down at Gas Station, Complaint Says

Sean J. Lemmer, 41, of Waukesha, faces possession of narcotic drugs after being found in vehicle by police.

A Waukesha man, who passed out while masturbating at a gas station on East Broadway, was caught with his pants down by Waukesha police officers, according to a criminal complaint.

Sean J. Lemmer, 41, was charged with possession of narcotic drugs in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Thursday. If convicted, he faces up to 1-1/2 years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

Police were called to 101 E. Broadway at 7:11 p.m. May 25 after Lemmer passed out in an SUV, which was illegally parked at the gas station. The gas station clerk told officers Lemmer had asked to buy chocolate-covered pretzels before he walked out of the store. He soon returned looking for his iPhone but then he walked out of the store, according to the complaint.

The man’s speech was slurred and he was stumbling, the clerk reported.

The responding officer found Lemmer unconscious and drooling with his pants down and his hands on his genitals, the complaint states. The vehicle was in view of recent traffic.

Lemmer was eventually woken up by the officers, but they had difficulty understanding him. He also had troubles balancing and pulling up his pants.

Lemmer admitted to taking several doses of vicodin, the complaint states. Officers also located dilaudid pills in a baggie, which he claimed belonged to his girlfriend.
