I had a great experience with the nail technician, Thoum. She did a great job with my manicure and spa pedicure. It was relaxing and nice, and she is definitely a professional at what she does. I'd have to say her work is perfect! : ) And I love the atmosphere at Karen's because the decor is great, all the girls are so friendly and they really seem to like each other there - everyone is always happy and pleasant. And they do great work.
