ReplyThere's lots of questions left unanswered here. I have no doubt that Rhoda knew exactly what he did and fled the scene to let the alcohol leave his system before he was ever in custody. I find it hard to believe he didn't know what happened when he had his lawyer call at 1:15am in the morning. What you can't tell from the article, and maybe they don't even know, is whether or not the victim was in the crosswalk, was walking in the road, or if Rhoda left the road and hit her on the sidewalk.
And @Jaime Lannister - did you know roundabouts are safer for a pedestrian to cross than a controlled intersection? Look into it before looking ignorant.

ReplyCouldn't have happened to a more deserving person and her 'attitude'. Congratulations to the Chief and to the commission for upholding the rules and lines of authority.
