@ david The fact fiscal impacts of the fed money for the medium speed choo choo train and Obama care show that you have fundamental issues understanding all of the federal controls and massive debt that any state would end up incurring. All one needs to do is look at the state that DID take the choo choo money and see how many hundreds of millions they are already over budget. (California)
[California rail leaders said Tuesday it will cost an extra $97 million in office and field work to design the rail line, which has famously seen its construction cost double to $69 billion since voters approved it five years ago. ]Not to mention the plan to drop people off outside of Madison was just plane stupid.
When one looks at other monies---NONE of the chicken little scenarios take place. You are living on the world of bumper sticker slogans and no facts.
You are entitled to your own opinions but don't pretend you get to invent your own facts.

The issue this state has with Drucnk driving is not with the people that hover between .05 and .08.
The issue is the repeat offenders over .10.
This law will---again---punish the people that never were committing a crime and do nothing to clamp down on the offenders that are actually hurting people and putting us in danger..
