ReplyI would love to vote yes, allow leashed dogs on the riverwalk, but too many people don't pick up their dogs' waste so that forces me to vote no. If people don't pick it up in their own neighborhoods why would they pick it up on the riverwalk?

It is only the lower bid for diesel fuel. 50% will run on propane fuel which was a lower bid than the diesel fuel. When averaged out, the bids are nearly the same. (6.33 + 6.14 / 2 = 6.23) I don't support or oppose the decision, my kids don't take the bus and I don't know that much about it. I just think people need to read carefully and not get excited about the "lower bid" without taking a closer look.
