I'm a second-career registered dietitian who loves to talk food.  I write for fun, but teach because I enjoy it.  

I give grocery store personal tours to individuals and families to help people understand the food they eat and how to make good choices.  Since I love food, I also believe that everything should be in moderation!  

I specialize in helping people with diabetes and heart disease.
