A West Allis mother may want look for different activities to do with her daughter after Waukesha police say they tried to steal more than $2,000 in merchandise from Target. Linda K. Hartleben, 56, and Larayne F. Hartleben, 20, were charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with one count of felony retail theft. If convicted, they each face up to 1 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines. A 31-year-old man sold Oxycodone pills to informant at a Franklin store and West Allis trailer park, according to a criminal complaint.
A 31-year-old Oak Creek man is facing charges after he allegedly sold Oxycodone to a police informant on two separate occasions in July. Jonah M. Stasinopoulos was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison and $100,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On July 2, a police informant working with the St. Francis Police Department informed investigators Stasinopoulos was selling Oxycodone pills for $20 each. A 24-year-old West Allis man is facing charges alleging he attacked an employee at a Waukesha tire store when he learned how much repairs to his car would cost. Aaron D. Henderson was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Wednesday with one count of battery, one count of criminal damage to property and one count of disorderly conduct. Three men are facing charges after they were caught up in a Waukesha prostitution sting. The men charged Wednesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court are Felipe N. Sanchez Sanchez, 35, of Milwaukee, Jose A. Hernandez, 35, of West Allis, and Brent E. Barg, 43, of Elm Grove.
