A new bar in downtown Waukesha is looking to be a central music hangout place with live bands and D.J.s from southeastern Wisconsin keeping the party going on the weekends. The Lucky Rabbit is opening Super Bowl weekend in downtown Waukesha. Bar owner Phil Santiago – who also owns Fuzzy’s Bar – is more than ready to get the doors open. The building at 200 Madison St., previously the Yankee Saloon, has been under major renovations inside, and a bar hasn’t been operating in the location for more than six months. “We have looked at downtown Waukesha as the home of Les Paul, GuitarTown,” Santiago said. “Where is the music venue?
