The Warrior Invite was held at Lake Denoon Middle School on Saturday. Waukesha North High School's boys cross country team made a strong statement, finishing in first place for the varsity competition. The Waukesha Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department (WPRF) is accepting registrations for boys and girls baseball, softball and t-ball through March 30. Teams are organized according to school areas and current grade level. The season runs from June 4 to Aug. 3. Youth will have the opportunity to improve their skills, all with the emphasis on good sportsmanship. Boys and girls will receive a team T-shirt and hat to sport at their practices and games.
