Fatal Car Accident on Highway 164 Is Apparent Suicide
Waukesha Police Department reports that a 31-year-old woman was pronounced dead after stepping in front of a vehicle Wednesday night.
A 31-year-old woman was killed after she stepped in front of an oncoming vehicle in an apparent suicide Wednesday night, according to Capt. Ron Oremus. The Waukesha Police Department was dispatched to the pedestrian vs. vehicle crash at 11:49 p.m. Wednesday at Highway 164 north of East Broadway. The woman was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Flight For Life was unable to respond because of the weather conditions, according to the police department's call log. The witnesses told authorities that the woman was standing in the far right southbound lane.
