Waukesha County Jail Kitchen Supervisor Charged in Sexual Assaults of Employees

Four women told a Waukesha County detective their employer would make inappropriate remarks throughout the workday in addition to unwanted sexual contact.

A Waukesha County Jail kitchen supervisor was charged Wednesday with four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault after he was accused of assaulting four women who worked in the jail kitchen. Michael G. Kunschke, 46, of Fond du Lac, faces up to three years in jail and $40,000 in fines if convicted on all four misdemeanor counts. He is scheduled for an initial appearance in court March 11. According to the complaint: The investigation against Kunschke began Dec. 28 after a woman, who reported to him via Aviands Food Service, claimed Kunschke was sexually harassing employees. Pills in the Pants Don't Make Things Better

A jail inmate in Waukesha is searched, and prescription medications he's not supposed to have turn up concealed in his pants.

A man being held at the Waukesha County Jail got himself into even more trouble thanks to a “small object” that “moved about” in the “groin area.” That object — a plastic bag of prescription medication, including Oxycodone — led to charges last week of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor violating state/county institution laws. According to a criminal complaint, a jail correctional officer was performing a random check of Nicholas Graefe, 32, at 4:40 p.m. last Sept. 13. Do Not Pass Go: Jail Fight Breaks Out Over Monopoly Game

Inmate attacks another man who made a joke about a game of Monopoly being played inside the Waukesha County Jail.

"Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200." It's a phrase that's immediately linked to the well known game of Monopoly. But a 42-year-old Waukesha man playing the game at the Waukesha County Jail could see additional time behind bars. And there's no "Get out of Jail Free" card for Scott D. Slater, who is accused of punching another man in the jail after the man made a joke about Slater playing Monopoly. Slater was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Friday with one count of battery and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to one year in prison and $11,000 in fines. Undercover Heroin Bust Leads to Arrests of Familiar Faces

Sussex woman part of trio busted by the Waukesha Police Department for selling heroin to an undercover police officer and informant on several occasions.

A Sussex woman and two men are facing multiple felony charges after they allegedly sold heroin to undercover Waukesha police officers on several occasions since June. Ada Lala, 23, of Sussex, Tony Malkiewicz, 27, of Colagate, and Robert L. Orrey, 42, of Milwaukee, were charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday with 13 different drug related charges. If convicted, Lala faces up to 56 years in prison, Malkiewicz faces up to 29 years in prison and Orrey faces up to 47 years in prison. Meth Leads to Charges for Man After Release from Jail

Waukesha man is charged with drug possession and bail jumping after it was reported he was in a South Street residence after being let out of jail, according to a criminal complaint.

A 25-year-old Waukesha man is facing felony charges after he was caught with methamphetamine less than a day after being released from jail, according to a criminal complaint. Daryl B. Heil was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of felony bail jumping. If convicted, he faces up to 9 ½ years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Waukesha Police Officer Jason Trimborn says he did what any other officer would have done when he was dispatched to a medical emergency for a 36-year-old man who was without a pulse and not breathing during a medical emergency. A Waukesha County Jail inmate is facing charges alleging she sexually assaulted another inmate. Danielle Y. Neal, 43, of Kenosha, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. If convicted, she faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Two Milwaukee woman are facing charges after they got into a brawl when they both went to visit the same man in Waukesha County Jail without the other one knowing. Vashti C. Davis, 25, and Andrea M. Williams, 27, were both charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, they could serve up to 90 days in jail and pay $1,000 in fines. Jett, 46, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Feb. 10, Jett was given a new uniform, but demanded a size 3XL pants despite not needing them. A Waukesha County Jail inmate is facing charges after he broke a Plexiglas camera cover after staff stopped him from strangling himself, according to a court document filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court. According to the criminal complaint, on July 14, Kyle A. Mullins, 21, tried strangling himself with his own clothes while in the jail after he was sentenced to five months on a bail jumping charge. Sheriff’s deputies went into a room where he was being held and then removed his clothes, which prompted Mullins to begin kicking and punching the Plexiglas camera cover until it broke, the complaint states.
