Waukesha man's stepdaughter tells police he had been sexually abusing her for years, according to a criminal complaint.
A Waukesha man who is accused of providing minors alcohol and marijuana at his stepdaughter’s slumber party is now charged with sexual assault. The 34-year-old man, who Waukesha Patch is not identifying to protect the identity of the victims involved, was charged Tuesday with repeated sexual assault of a child, sexual assault of a child under age 16 and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If convicted, he faces up to 51-1/2 years in prison and $220,000 in fines. The man remains jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail. Woman tells Waukesha police her daughter woke up to her friend's stepfather touching her after the man supplied her with marijuana and alcohol, according to police logs.
Waukesha police are investigating a report of a possible sexual assault at a slumber party at a home on Pewaukee Road over the weekend. The Waukesha Police Department’s call log states a man was detained after a Wauwatosa woman reported that her daughter woke up to her friend’s stepfather touching her. The woman told police her daughter was sleeping over at her friend’s house and the stepfather supplied the minors with alcohol and marijuana. The woman told police she was unsure of exactly what happened because of the alcohol and drug use during the two-night slumber party that occurred Friday and Saturday nights in the 1000 block of Pewaukee Road, according to the call log. Four women told a Waukesha County detective their employer would make inappropriate remarks throughout the workday in addition to unwanted sexual contact.
A Waukesha County Jail kitchen supervisor was charged Wednesday with four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault after he was accused of assaulting four women who worked in the jail kitchen. Michael G. Kunschke, 46, of Fond du Lac, faces up to three years in jail and $40,000 in fines if convicted on all four misdemeanor counts. He is scheduled for an initial appearance in court March 11. Waukesha man, 48, is accused of sexually assaulting a young relative at his home on Wilshire Place, according to a criminal complaint.
A 48-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old female relative at his home in the 1200 block of Wilshire Place. Gary P. Abt was charged Friday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with first-degree sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison. A Waukesha man is accused of sexually assaulting a friend’s 14-year-old stepdaughter after a day of drinking and watching the Packers game at a home in Milwaukee, according to a criminal complaint. Michael Wilkins, 32, was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child less than 16 years old. A former UW-Waukesha student will spend the next four years in prison for sexually assaulting a young boy and girl on multiple occasions. Charles Waite, 20, was sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court by Judge William Domina Monday to four years in prison and 16 years extended supervision on one charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old. Waite had originally been charged with four additional counts, but they were dismissed and read in as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. A Waukesha man whose sexual assault charge led to a partial shutdown of a dating website was convicted Tuesday of several charges, including possession of child pornography. Daniel R. Schmidt, 21, is still scheduled for a February jury trial in Milwaukee County after he was charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Muskego boy he met on Skout.com, a mobile flirting website. The case has drawn national media attention and prompted Skout’s CEO to shut down a mobile app to the website and temporarily shut down the under-18 portion of the site. A 21-year-old Waukesha County man was charged Friday in connection with the sexual assaults of two women near the Marquette University campus last week. Kendrick L. Mitchell of Oconomowoc is accused of grabbing the buttocks of both women in two separate incidents and then lying to police about it.
