Man Zapped 7 to 8 Times With a Taser
Pewaukee police officers say a 64-year-old man had to be stunned at least seven times in order to get him to stop resisting arrest at an area health care facility.
A 64-year-old man staying at a Pewaukee health care facility is accused of trying to fight a police officer and then having to be stunned with a Taser at least seven times before being taken into custody, according to a criminal complaint. Brian T. Mayer was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court last week with one count of disorderly conduct and one count of resisting an officer. If convicted, he faces up to one year in prison and $11,000 in fines.
