A 41-year-old Waukesha man realized he got on the wrong way, then did a U-turn at the top of the off ramp right in front of a Racine County sheriff's deputy, according to a criminal complaint.
A 41-year-old Waukesha man is accused of driving drunk and nearly onto the expressway the wrong way in Racine County. Clever A. Escobar was charged in Racine County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of fourth offense operating while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle. If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison and $4,000 in fines. A 37-year-old Waukesha man is accused of felony drunk driving after he got into a car registered to a person with an expired driver's license in front of a Waukesha police officer, according to a criminal complaint. Suspect had booze, beer and drugs in his car when he's pulled over on Main Street Saturday, according to a criminal complaint.
A 50-year-old Waukesha man is facing charges after he allegedly drove drunk with booze and cocaine in his car Saturday night. Roy E. Martinez was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Tuesday with one count of possession of cocaine and one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to 18 months in prison and $6,000 in fines.
