Unpaid Parking Tickets, Candy Bar Lead to 4th OWI Charge

Waukesha man told a police officer he consumed 10 beers and was at a gas station to buy his wife a candy bar, according to a criminal complaint.

A Waukesha man faces up to three years in prison after he was arrested on his fourth drunken driving offense. Scott R. Gehner, 53, of Waukesha, was charged Wednesday with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-fourth offense. In addition to possible prison time, he faces up to $10,00 in fines and having his driver’s license revoked for up to three years if convicted. According to the complaint: A Waukesha police officer made contact with Gehner at 12:38 a.m. Wednesday  near North East Avenue after noticing Gehner’s registration was suspended for unpaid parking tickets. Unpaid parking tickets and a suspended license is definitley giving me the impression that this guy isn't going to be good for the money when it comes to this latest DWI and that alone will exclusively pee the judge off for sure. The guys credit report score is probably about 20 points...seeeew he's pretty much SOL as they say.   more ›
