Elmbrook Teacher, 28, Passes Away

Jennifer Lynn Podhora, of Waukesha, was a 7th grade teacher at Wisconsin Hills Middle School.

Jennifer Lynn Podhora, an Elmbrook teacher from Waukesha, died at the age of 28, according to a Legacy obituary. The Carroll University 2007 graduate taught middle school in Missouri for four years and returned to Waukesha in 2011 to teach in the Elmbrook School District. Podhora taught 7th grade at Wisconsin Hills Middle School.  Throughout her last year, Podhora inspired many to join her in the fight against cancer. Last year students held a fundraiser for the teacher and wrote letters to her.  The family extended a special thanks to friends and family, Wisconsin Hills Middle School, Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa and the Cancer Treatment Center in Tulsa. Obituary: Graysen Lucas Knutowski

Infant boy died unexpectedly May 20 at the tender age of 8 weeks.

Graysen Lucas Knutowski, of Pewaukee, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the tender age of 8 weeks.  He was born in Summit on March 19, 2012 the son of Lucas Knutowski and Rachel Simons.  Graysen was a very happy baby all the time and was greatly loved. He will be forever missed by his loving parents Lucas and Rachel of Pewaukee, his big brother Gaige Hecht of Pewaukee and by the Baxter family, the Simons family, the Knutowski family, the Sanden family and the Kernz family.  He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Waukesha woman died unexpectedly June 9 at the age of 25.

Rebecca Anne Mucic, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 25.  She was born in Waukesha on April 26, 1987 the daughter of Stipan Mucic and Anne (nee Land) Mucic.  Rebecca was a 2001 graduate of St. Joseph School in Big Bend and 2005 graduate of Catholic Memorial High School.  She then graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2009 with a degree in marketing.  She was currently working in marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Big Bend. The former Sussex resident passed away at 82-years-old.

March 12, 1930 - April 2, 2012 Joan H. Rapp (Nee Kiefer) of Waukesha, formerly of Sussex, passed away on April 2 at 82 years old. Beloved wife of Tom.
