Sex Offender Exposes Himself at Gas Station, Charges Allege

A 41-year-old Waukesha sex offender is facing charges alleging he was masturbating at an area gas station, prompting a woman to call authorities. Lynn C. Thompson was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Thursday with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines. It's not the first time Thompson's faced similar allegations. He was arrested in 2008 after he was accused of similar activities in front of a child at a laundromat and at a gas station, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article.
