Caledonia Police Department arrested Linda Van De Water, of Brookfield, earlier this year. She faces a $100 citation, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Linda Van De Water, a Waukesha County Circuit Court judge who was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct earlier this year, pleaded no contest to an ordinance violation of disorderly conduct, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report. The citation was $100, according to the report, and reduced the charge against Van De Water from a misdemeanor through the plea agreement. Online court records have not yet been updated. Van De Water was scheduled to appear in Racine County for a status hearing and the case was going to trial on Thursday.
