Teen Crashes Car After High-Speed Chase, Complaint Says

Donte J. Delamar, 19, of West Allis, faces up to 1.5 years in prison if convicted of leading Waukesha County deputies on a 2.7-mile high speed chase.

When a Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputy attempted to stop a 19-year-old man driving the wrong way near Pewaukee Road and Interstate 94 early Wednesday morning, a 2.7-mile high speed chase ensued, ending when the man crashed his vehicle into two telephone poles south of Buena Vista Avenue in Waukesha, according to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court. The driver, Donte J. Delamar, is charged with attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer. He also was cited for possession of marijuana. Delamar faces up to 1.5 years in prison and $10,000 in fines if convicted. Delamar remains jailed in lieu of $1,500 bail. Man Hit With Less-Lethal Shotgun, Charged in High-Speed Chase

A Waukesha man is shot several times with a less lethal shotgun, then stunned with a Taser in order to be taken into custody after he tries to outrun officers, according to a criminal complaint.

A 36-year-old Waukesha man is accused of leading Waukesha police officers on a drunken high speed chase before they had to shoot him several times with a less-lethal shotgun and stun him with a Taser in order to arrest him, according to a criminal complaint. Keith D. Lee was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of attempting to flee or elude an officer and one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison and $11,100 in fines. Waukesha Man Led Police on High-Speed Chase Through Brookfield

The driver outran Brookfield police officers who stopped chase before he drove into the Shire neighborhood. They found his car ditched behind a tree in a backyard, but the man turned himself in a week later.

A Waukesha man led police on a high speed chase through Brookfield and eventually ditched his car behind a pine tree in the back yard of a residence, prosecutors allege. Jermaine L. Williams, 27, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of attempting to flee an officer. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On April 20, Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit officers set up a drug deal with Williams in the parking lot of Kmart and after the deal other police in the area were supposed to pull him over and arrest him.
