Waukesha woman dies at age 85.
Germaine “Geri” J. Boehme, of Waukesha, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the age of 85 years. She was born on Sept. 5, 1927, the daughter of Frank and Verona (nee Gottsacker) Karsnick. Geri married the love of her life, Merrill Boehme, on May 1, 1948. She was a longtime member of St. William’s Catholic Church in Waukesha. Geri was great at knitting, sewing and crocheting. She loved to cook and enjoyed collecting recipes. Geri’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, her children and visiting with her grandchildren. Geri will be sadly missed by her husband, Merrill, of 64 years; daughters, Mary Jo (Jeff) Krueger of St. Croix Falls, WI, Karen Boehme (Robert Mackey) of Elm Grove, WI and Julie (Dale) Alexander of Loveland, …
