A 31-year-old Sun Prairie man is facing charges alleging he robbed a Waukesha bank two years ago in downtown Waukesha. Paul E. Tusa was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of robbery with a threat of force. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and $50,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 1:45 p.m. April 29, 2010, Tusa walked into First Federal Bank and told an employee he was there to make a deposit. The employee noted he appeared lost in the bank, so she had him sit at her desk and she gave him a deposit slip. Tusa pulled his hands out of his front pockets and he was wearing surgical gloves.
