Former D Mo's Owner Charged With Sexual Assault
Former owner of bar and restaurant faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted in the July 2011 incident.
A failed Waukesha restaurateur is facing charges after he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside the bar and restaurant that was located in The Clarke Hotel. Ramon A. Mitre Hernandez, 30, of Waukesha, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Thursday with one count of second-degree sexual assault. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines. It isn't the first time the owner of D Mo's, which shut down in 2011 following legal and financial troubles for Hernandez. According to the criminal complaint: On July 31, 2011, a 28-year-old woman and her friends went to D Mo’s, 314 W. Main St., to eat at the establishment.
