A former UW-Waukesha student will spend the next four years in prison for sexually assaulting a young boy and girl on multiple occasions. Charles Waite, 20, was sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court by Judge William Domina Monday to four years in prison and 16 years extended supervision on one charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old. Waite had originally been charged with four additional counts, but they were dismissed and read in as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. Waite was charged in May 2011 for inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy on multiple occasions and also making the boy look at pictures of half-naked women. A Waukesha man accused of sexually assaulting three young children has plead guilty to one felony charge under a plea deal with prosecutors. Charles Waite, 20, pled guilty in Waukesha County Circuit Court Thursday to one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13-years-old. In exchange, four other charges were dismissed but read in to court records. Waite was charged in May 2011 for touching a 5-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy on multiple occasions and also making the young boy look at pictures of half-naked women. A 20-year-old Waukesha man accused of sexually assaulting at least three young children has set a plea date in the felony charges against him in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Charles Waite is charged with five counts of sexual assault of a child and faces up to 300 years in prison. He’s currently free on a $7,500 surety bond. He will return to court at 10 a.m. Feb. 1 for a plea hearing. Waite previously pleaded not guilty to the five felonies this summer.
