Owner and artist Dan Taylor named this bar and restaurant for the artwork displayed above the bar. It's a large piece expanding the length of the bar that's full of different faces and various kinds of people, hence, the People's Park. The place uses an open-air concept, with seasonal patio seating and windows throughout. It definitely has a unique atmosphere you'll want to check out.

They have a great menu and I've always had a super meal, but the noise level is almost unbearable. When this place is busy it's almost impossible to hear other people at your table. Maybe they'll discover this eventually and put some sound control panels on the walls and ceiling.

Since they remodeled, this place is fantastic. Trendy and fun, this is a place you would expect to find on Milwaukee's east side. Waukesha needs more places like this.

I never has a bad sandwich or salad. They pour great drinks and the entire staff is great. If you go there enough, you become family. Their roof-top dining ROCKS!

The best place for dinner or a night out with friends!

Great food, great drinks, great staff. Can't wait for it to reopen!

We have eaten here several times and I hope it reopens after it had a fire last year. The food is great and the service is too. Some people question the name as it is also the name of marxist and communist gathering places in many eastern block countries. BUt I've yet to be asked to join the "party" or be anyone's comrade. Just great food in a trendy modern atmosphere.

HIP PLACE TO HANG OUT WITH A SMALL GROUP OF FRIENDS. Taylor's serves up some very tasty burgers and sandwiches. Their "Park fries" and "sweet potato fries" are also deliciously seasoned and cooked. They have a nice assortment of beers on tap and a cool ambience with electronica music in the background. The bartenders and waiters are also all attractive (both the men and women!) and very friendly.

Not the best place to go with a large group of friends, though, because the noise levels and seating arrangements make it hard to hear each other/mingle.
