Randy's review below is from the owner, so take it for what it is. I recently had two cars in the family at Mander at the same time. Neither of us was updated, in fact my family member recieved a call telling them the car would be ready tomorrow. It was 11 days later the car was returned. In relation to the quality of repairs I would give two cars and $19,000 in repairs a B- at best. I am an ASE Master Technician with over 15 years in dealerships so I have seen it all.

My car was towed into Mander after going in a ditch. I was given a free loaner to drive while they inspected the car for damage. I was surprised to be told that there was no damage and only suggested an alignment. I didn't have to put in an insurance claim and really appreciated their honesty. I will take my car back there if I ever need their service again. All the staff was very polite and friendly
