Selling affordable fun with bicycles and accessories for all ages and abilities, Fox River Sports & Spas is Waukesha's oldest and longest continually owned and operated bike store—and it also sells spas and carries Haflinger slippers/shoes! Owner Kim Alexander is a registered vendor with Waukesha County that supplies bicycles and accessories for special needs folks, including the Early Autism program and others. Fox River also participates in the Bike Helmet giveaway, was named Best Downtown Promoter in 1996, and has sponsored and fought to continue Waukesha's annual Carl Zach Bike Race.

There's a lot of history in this shop—Alexander's family was one of the earliest settlers in Waukesha. The family has had several businesses in town.
