Curves offers quick, 30-minute cardio and strength training programs for women. Using its specially-designed machines, the workout is safe for beginners and sedentary individuals, allowing clients to work at their own speeds. Exercisers work the machines in a circuit fashion, doing light cardio in between each machine.
