Patch Prediction Contest Back for NFC Championship

We know what your hearts say about Sunday's NFC Championship Game. But what is your head telling you?

There are Visa gift cards at stake — $100 to the winner and $50 to the runner-up — so decide carefully. Visit the Comments section of your Patch home page, along the right side, and tell us what you think the final score will be. Your entry will be pitted against predictions from all 12 Milwaukee-area Patch communities, so study up.

Do you believe the oddsmakers, who have installed the Packers as the favorite? Are you buying the words of one Illinois Patch editor, who thinks the Bears are divinely destined? Is Jay Cutler just a jerk who is going to get his on Sunday? Is it true what they say about Clay Matthews?

To determine the winner, Patch will figure the difference between each team's score and your prediction of their score, and add those two differences. The lowest number wins. A random drawing will break ties.

All selections must by posted by 1:30 CST on Sunday, 30 minutes before the game.
