Walk/Run for Hope

Join for a morning walk/run around beautiful Frame Park in Waukesha. After the race, stay to enjoy music, food, raffle and an awards ceremony.

The 5k run or 3k walk starts at 10 a.m. A one-mile kid's run will be held at 11 a.m. for ages 10 to 14 and a half-mile run will be held at 11:30 a.m. for ages 9 and under.

This is a walk/run that will raise money to support over 6,000 individuals and families in Waukesha County who are in need of financial assistance, food, clothing and shelter. Hope Center is continually the number one referral source from 211/First Call for help. It is supported by more than 100 area congregations, local businesses and individuals.

Hope Center is a nonprofit organization that is committed to serving people in need in Waukesha County.

Hope Center provides eight programs that serve Waukesha County-- the Clothing Shop, Project Move, Outreach Meals, Children’s Library, Social Ministry Fund, Outreach Nurse, Legal Services program and Day Center.

All the funds provided by this event will be used to help Hope Center better the community of Waukesha County by preventing homelessness through their eight programs.
