Bike to Worship

Here are some reasons to bike or walk to church:

—To practice caring for all of God’s creation. Noticing and reducing consumption is one way to exercise good stewardship of the natural world as well as one’s own body, mind, spirit

— To seek a peaceful existence within and amongst ourselves.

— The gift of change. The simple act of altering a routine can provide a new perspective on the ordinary. Often, it is in these moments of heightened awareness that God speaks and appears most vividly.

The following congregations have indicated they will have activities for Bike to Worship on Sunday May 20:

Christ the Life Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3031 Summit Avenue, Waukesha.
