Billy Swartz Resigns as South Basketball Coach
Waukesha South coach is a new assistant coach for Carroll University's basketball team.
Waukesha South boys basketball coach Billy Swartz has resigned from his position to be an assistant basketball coach at Carroll University, according to Dan Domach, assistant principal and athletic director at Waukesha South.
Swartz announced his resignation on Monday.
The basketball coach position will be posted soon as Waukesha South starts the search for a new coach. Interviews could take place in a few weeks.

“My goal would be to try to announce a new coach before school starts,” Domach said.
Swartz started teaching in 2001, according to the school's website.
