3 Golds and a State Record for West's Hannah Rohde

Hannah Rohde had one of the finest days a sprinter can have at the WIAA State Track and Field meet Saturday in La Crosse.





Hannah Rohde had about the best day one could have as a sprinter at the WIAA State Track and Field meet in La Crosse. 

Rohde took home three state gold medals, and set a state record in the girls 400 Meter Dash event Saturday on a cloudy day at the Veterans Memorial Sports Complex on the campus of UW-La Crosse. It was a great send off for the senior, who signed a letter of intent with St. Louis University for track in 2013-14. 

Rohde broke the record in the 400 Meter Dash, which was set it 2010 by Chidera Obasih of Brookfield Central. Rohde's time of 0:54.92 was a hair faster than Obasih's 0:55.18.
