Waukesha School District Hires 2 New Administrators
New Lowell Elementary School principal and chief information technology officer will be in place for 2011-12 school year.
Steve Schlomann will take over as the new chief information and technology officer of the Waukesha School District.
The Waukesha School Board gave unanimous approval Wednesday naming Schlomann to the new position. He will replace Bill Smojver, who has retired from the district.
Schlomann currently holds the manager of information technology position in the Janesville School District and also held a similar position in the Belvadere School District in Illinois.

Board members said he was chosen for the position for his strong skills.
The board also approved naming Lori Schultz the new principal of Lowell Elementary school.

Schultz, is a former Title I teacher and was chosen for the position for her passionate and optimistic leadership style.
Schultz is currently the principal of Creekside Elementary School in the Sun Prairie School District.
