Waukesha School Board Approves Science Curriculum Changes, Equipment Policy

The new science requirements go into effect in 2012-13.

The Waukesha School Board approved Wednesday night changing the required science course structure for graduation.

during the 2012-13 school year. Under the changes, freshman will take biology, sophomores will take chemistry and juniors will take physics. Some electives were changed as well.

The board also approved a policy to allow studentshome with them. The policy gives access for parental monitoring.
