Former Art Professor Donates to Carroll Collection
Artwork by Lydia Rewis Runkel, the former art department head at Carroll University, is donated to school by her son.

, who died at age 94 on March 23, 2012, led the art department at from 1941 to 1945. Several pieces of her artwork were recently donated by her son Phil Runkel to the Wisconsin Artists Collection, on permanent display across Carroll’s campus.
