Waukesha County Technical College will host a New Home Buyer’s Seminar on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The no-cost seminar is designed to help first-time homebuyers navigate through the process of purchasing a home. The four-part seminar will include:
- Navigating through the prequalification and qualification for purchasing a home (lender)
- Considerations for selecting the house (broker)
- Discovering and disclosing flaws in the property (home inspector)
- Understanding the legal process and closing process (attorney)
The seminar will be held at the Pewaukee campus, 800 Main Street, Pewaukee, in the Business Building, Room B140.
