Join us for a Scandinavian Smörgåsbord! With roots in tradition this cuisine is a simple cooking style, often very mild in flavor yet hearty and perfect for a cold winter evening. The menu includes Norwegian Lefse, Danish Bleu Cheese Soup, Swedish Meatballs with Swedish Potatoes au Gratin, Danish
cabbage and Aebleskivers for dessert. Instructor Staci Joers brings along her heritage and Grandmother’s Finnish Nisu (Cardamom Bread) as well as extra recipes and family favorites including Finnish/Cornish pasties, Finnish
Kropser (oven pancake) and more.
