Make Quick and Nutritious Baby Food

The community is invited to learn how to easily make their own nutritious baby food during a free program from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, August 20, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, 725 American Ave., Waukesha.

ProHealth Care Medical Associates pediatrician Sarah Gaethke, MD, and ProHealth Care dietitian Jenny Harnack, will focus on how to get children started on a lifetime of healthy eating by feeding them home-made baby food. They’ll show parents that making baby food at home can be quick and economical and is the best way to know exactly what little ones are eating.
