Let’s Go: Loose Leash Walking

This is a 4-week outdoor walking class on the HAWS trails.  You’ll learn how to keep your dog focused on you when another dog approaches, and how to successfully pass dogs in close proximity or turn away if needed.  We’ll also practice politely getting in and out of cars, and how to manage the various distractions present during an outdoor walk.  Prerequisites: Dog is at least 6 months old and has completed a manners or obedience class (not a puppy class).
