Lessons from "Mad Men" - Visions & Expressions Series

"Getting Perspective on the Present by Watching the Past: Lessons from Mad Men," part of the UW-Waukesha Visions & Expressions series, will be presented by James B. South.  South teaches philosophy at Marquette University.  The series is sponsored by the Lectures & Fine Arts Committee.  South will look at how popular culture, via such venues as the TV series Mad Men, presents images that make us think, and that shape the way we look at culture, politics and economics to this day.  This program is open to the public at no charge.  Parking in University lots is free during the event.
