Free Health Talk at St. Mary's, Elm Grove

The public is invited to a free talk by health and wellness expert Dr. Art Rapkin on Monday, Sept. 19, from 1-2 p.m., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church’s Senior Center, 1260 Church St., in Elm Grove.  Dr. Rapkin will speak about reducing pain, preventing disease, losing unwanted weight, living better and healthier, increasing energy, and practicing anti-aging techniques. He will also talk about getting back to enjoying a healthy life by reversing diseases and other health concerns.
 
Dr. Rapkin is a recognized authority on wellness who has appeared on CBS’ 60 Minutes and other radio and TV shows and has also taught at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Marquette University, the University of Wisconsin, and is featured in numerous publications. He has a Doctorate in Eastern Medicine, is a board-certified acupuncturist, an herbal medicine specialist, and is the Director of the Vitality Health and Wellness Center in Elm Grove.
