Who doesn't love the smell of bread baking in the oven?  But so many of us don't have time to make bread from scratch.  Or do we?!?  In this class, you'll learn how to mix up fresh dough and bake it into a delicious loaf in just minutes.  No kneading required!  Simple, artisan-style breads, along with Italian Wedding soup, simple Italian salad and chocolate glazed brownies for dessert.  All Continuing Education food classes are demonstrations with food samplings.
