You will open the door to the world of Buddhism and hear what the world's most quiet religion has to say for itself by exploring texts.  Listen to tales from Buddha's past lives; examine the Buddha's own words and deliberate early philosophical commentary on the Buddha's Dharma.  Ponder the wisdom of the Mahayana sutras, as well as, contemplate Zen poetry while you consider the esoteric Buddhist tantras of Tibet.  You just may discover the purpose of life, the reasons behind injustice and inequality around the world, and a way of life that leads to true happiness.  1.4 CEU
