"Back to Me" Relationship / Divorce Group

This group will help you to raise your own self-awareness, increase your self-esteem, understand yourself and your needs/desires, create a place of security and a safe opportunity to open up and be fully supported.

You do not need to have been married in order to join this group. You can be in a relationship you are having "bumps" with and/or just recently had a "break up" in a romantic relationship."

Our group will meet every other week.  Thursday nights @6:30pm.
