Dan Warren Resigning From Waukesha School District

Long-time school board president moving to Florida in 2014.

Editor's Note: The following information was provided to the Patch via a news release from the Waukesha School District.

Dan Warren, president of the Waukesha School Board, announced at the Oct. 9, 2013, board meeting that he will be relocating his primary residence to Florida in January 2014. He will be resigning his elected position on the school board effective Jan. 1, 2014, after 21 years of service on the board of education.

Warren will continue to serve on the board in his present capacity through the end of 2013. His current three-year term was set to expire in April 2015. The remainder of his term is expected to be filled by school board appointment.
