153 Students Graduate From Catholic Memorial High School

Ninety-seven percent of Catholic Memorial students will attend college in the fall.

Catholic Memorial High School graduated 153 students on Sunday with 97 percent of its students attending college or universities next fall, according to a news release from the school.

The students are receiving an average of $57,725 in scholarships and awards to attend college.

  • UW-Madison (25 seniors)
  • UW-Milwaukee and other UW System schools (31 seniors)
  • Marquette University (19 seniors)
  • Carroll University and Waukesha County Technical College (seven seniors)

Other students are attending University of Notre Dame, Washington University, and University of Michigan. More than 24 percent of graduates will be attending a Catholic college or university. Marquette University, St. Norbert College, Viterbo University, and St. Louis University are among their top choices.

  • Valedictorian: Jennifer Umhoefer came to CMH from Queen of Apostles School in Pewaukee and will attend college at UW-Madison.
  • Salutatorian:  Marie Walicki came to CMH from Swallow Middle School in Hartland and will attend college at Washington University in St. Louis.
  • First Honors:  Maria Novak came to CMH from Waukesha Catholic and will attend college at UW-Madison.
  • Second Honors:  Christine Smith came to CMH from Trinity Academy in Pewaukee and will attend college at Marquette University.
