There are other fabulous deals that don't require fix-ups: How about a 3 bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage built in 2004 for $143,560? Or a 2 bedroom/2bath/1000 sq.ft you can move right in to for $65,000? These are just 2 of the best buys out there - condos! They took the biggest price hit in the crash and are now a great affordable alternative! Diane McGeen (Summit Realty)

Expect to do lots of cleaning if you buy a foreclosure. People don't typically leave it clean when they're losing their home.
