Ulta, Rue 21, Charming Charlie's Opening by End of Month

New realtors are opening by Oct. 28 in Waukesha.

The Wisconsin office of Opus Development Corporation (Opus) announced Thursday the scheduled openings of T.J Maxx, Ulta Salon and Cosmetics, Rue 21 and Charming Charlie’s by Oct. 28 of this year.

The opening of T.J. Maxx was anounced Monday.

These retailers are the newest additions to Opus’ Shoppes at Fox River development in Waukesha.

Opus broke ground on the first development in Phase II of the Shoppes at Fox River in April 2012. The development includes more than 47,000 square feet of retail space on six acres of land adjacent to the existing Phase I buildings. The first Phase II development includes a T.J. Maxx, Ulta Salon and Cosmetics, Rue 21 and a Charming Charlie’s. The building is located on the northeast corner of the site, in line with the Pick ‘n Save.

“We are excited that the new stores will be open in time for the holiday shopping season,” said Julie Ledger, vice president and general manager at Opus Development Corporation. “These four high-quality retailers will provide new options for Waukesha-area shoppers, and I have no doubt that these stores will see similar success to the retail tenants included in the Phase I of the development.”
