Wisconsin Governor in Waukesha Today

Gov. Scott Walker coming to speak with local law enforcement.

Gov. Scott Walker is meeting with local law enforcement in Waukesha this afternoon, according to a news release from his office.

The Republican governor will be joined by Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch, and Ed Wall, administrator for the Division of Criminal Investigation in the Department of Justice. The trio will also make stops in Green Bay and La Crosse.

“The objectives for these forums are to highlight the funding for capturing online predators, which was provided in the 2011-2013 Biennial Budget, to educate parents and children about possible dangers, and to seek input from citizens on public safety issues,” the news release states.
