Waukesha County Executive Sworn Into Another Term

Dan Vrakas ran unopposed during the April 5 election.

Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas was sworn into office Tuesday for his next four-year term, according to a news release from his office.

Vrakas, who ran unopposed in the April 5 election, was first elected in a special election in 2005.

“I consider it an honor and privilege to serve this great county, and I look forward to continuing the county’s legacy as a leader in Wisconsin and nationwide,” said Vrakas in a news release.  “Waukesha County’s best days lie ahead.”
